Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging and accessories
- Free from damage, scratches or signs of use

Please do not send any products back before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Unless the item you received is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us at by21vision@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
